By bike in South Gironde
The roads through the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park are ideal for cycling and mountain biking alike – ideal forms of transport on which to discover the region’s churches and the Park’s local heritage (fountains, wash houses and dove-hunters’ hides). Among the many itineraries on offer, the cycle path from South Gironde to the Arcachon Basin follows an old railway line and crosses the north of the Park for almost 80 km.
