Sadirac : Recapture the flavours of the past at the “Oh! Légumes Oubliés” Farm

Here, you can acquaint yourselves with the fruits and vegetables of bygone days brought back into the spotlight by a farmer in love with his art – including lamb’s lettuce, baragane, sorrel, Jerusalem artichokes, dandelions and winter cherries.

There’s also a “Labyrinthe Gourmand” (Gourmet Maze) which retraces the history of food from Cro-Magnon times to the present day, along with farmhouse teas and a shop crammed with goodies!

The Roger Lapébie “Entre-Deux-Mers greenway” cycle path is a converted railway track that once linked Bordeaux to Sauveterre-de-Guyenne. The old stations have been transformed into café-restaurants, and you can even find bicycle repair kits on their shelves.

Cycling in Entre-deux-Mers also means marked-out mountain-biking trails and organised cyclotourism holidays, making your way from one guesthouse to the next.
