Adults have plenty to choose from too – getting a suntan on the beach, trying their hand at sand yachting or taking part in regattas on the lake.

Bombannes UCPA centre has an adventure trail designed for anyone who wants to experience real thrills in complete safety – an aerial trek going from tree to tree along hanging bridges and ending up with a 120-metre slide down a Tyrolean cableway. The only condition required for the trail is to be at least 8 years old and over 1.30 metres tall.

Carcans Océan , La Concorde and Maubuisson beaches have all been awarded the Blue Flag. The Carcans resort also includes a “handi-plage” site (beach equipped for the disabled).
